Become a Certified Member of the NeuroBusiness Group of Coaches.

The NeuroBusiness Group is an international collaborative group of neuroscientists, coaches, leadership developers and senior managers who all share a common interest in the brain as a relevant and appropriate lens through which to view the workings of a business. Srini Pillay, M.D. is CEO of NeuroBusiness Group (NBG) and Chief Neurocoaching Advisor to the International Board of Coaching.To join NBG, NBG certification is necessary. One of the key components of this certification is attending an NBG-Certified Training Workshop (next workshop: November 14-16, 2011).

Other criteria for NBG certification include:

  1. Taking an on-line test after attending the workshop.
  2. Approval after a personal interview.
  3. Testimonials from three clients attesting to the work of the individual.

By joining this elite group of professionals, an “NBG Certified Coach” will be more than someone who has gone through “herd” training. The “NBG Certified Coach” is someone who is recognized for having the necessary skills to being a 21st Century coach. This coach is results-oriented and offers a high degree of confidence to companies who may wish to hire him/her. Any company who is looking for proven and relevant expertise will turn to NBG for its new hires.

NBG Certification is a worthwhile investment for anyone who wishes to be part of this elite group of coaching professionals. In all, to become a member of NBG, members must meet the minimum criteria of 12 credits and have fulfilled all of the following requirements:

  1. Attendance at an NBG-Certified Workshop: (6 credits for 3 day workshop, 4 credits for 2 day workshop and 2 credits for one day seminar)
  2. Taking an on-line test after attending the workshop: (3 credits)
  3. Approval after personal interview: (1 credit)
  4. Testimonials from three clients attesting to the work of the individual: (2 credits)

This will offer companies the confidence they need to hire only specially qualified individuals for the tasks at hand. To be competitive, current and readily available for hire, NBG certification is highly recommended.
