Dr Srini Pillay
Srini Pillay, M.D. is a certified master coach, brain-imaging researcher and psychiatrist who specializes in stress, anxiety, burnout and layoffs. He graduated as the top medical student and then completed a residency at McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School where he graduated with the most number of national awards in his graduating class and among the top three award winners in the US. McLean Hospital is the largest psychiatric hospital of Harvard Medical School and consistently ranked as the #1 freestanding psychiatric hospital in the US.
Dr. Pillay has been a physician for 19 years, a brain-imaging researcher for the past 15 years, and a psychiatrist and coach for 10 years. He directed the Outpatient Anxiety Disorders Clinic at McLean Hospital and has had a private practice for 10 years, where, with his specialty in stress and anxiety, he has worked with a wide variety of corporate executives on issues ranging from anxiety to change management. He formalized his coach training at the Behavioral Coaching Institute where he graduated as a Certified Master Coach. He has subsequently taught courses in “Neuro-coaching” in Orange County, New York and London and continues to be a consultant to the Behavioral Coaching Institute. He is also currently a consulting to the Brain Institute at the University of Utah where his previous mentors at Harvard are currently continuing their research.
With his background in matters of interest to corporate executives, a sophisticated understanding of human behavior, coaching skills and brain imaging, Dr. Pillay is uniquely positioned to be able to teach brain-based coaching skills of relevance to executives. In his teaching of executives from small and large Fortune 500 companies, Dr. Pillay has excelled in making the neuroscience practical, relevant and immediately applicable in the corporate environment.
As the CEO of NeuroBusiness Group, Dr. Pillay provides a wide variety of services and is working on a growing line of products that will add to the coaching toolkit of executive coaches. He brings this special expertise to the Neuro-Coaching Center, where he will provide services in combination with Hendre Coetzee to provide a unique perspective on the use of neuroscience in people development and executive coaching.

HENDRE is the author of the 90-Day Turn System Coaching Program suite (www.90dayturn.com) that on-boards, revitalizes and repositions executives in a powerful structured process. He has also served as interim COO and Lead Facilitator for the Behavioral Coaching Institute to train Master Coaches around the world in the recent past.
Hendre has over 20 years of experience working within the corporate as well as social justice, non-profit, relief and development world. Hendre has diverse experience that varies from working as a facilitator for the integration between black and white youth in post Apartheid South Africa to negotiating mergers for large financial institutions to developing performance-training modules for High Performing Traders that trade on the NYSE and NASDAQ.Hendre is an expert in facilitating and training on conflict resolution and mediation. He has extensive experience in Hi-Tec ventures and the finance sector. Hendre graduated from Johannesburg University with Bachelor Honors Degrees in Ancient Studies, Theology and the Philosophy of Leadership. Hendre worked in Europe for four years in both the non-profit and private sectors designing organizational transformation programs. He is also social entrepreneur and has successfully founded a hi-tech venture (www.mobilecause.com) and walked it all the way to an exit to the new owners Innogive LLC. He serves on several boards and focuses his attention on Developing Leaders in Fortune 100 companies and working with exec teams in Hi Tech Ventures in Silicon Valley.
